Getting lost in Iceland

We left our little cottage for the most scenic route ever – I tried to film it multiple times but my photographic skills clearly weren’t up to the task, nothing I shot came even close to the stunning landscape and colors. We wanted to stop in a small coastal town which looked cute on paper but we ended up in a thick fog so decided to just head on towards Reykjavik and see what we find. Turns out we made a lovely discovery – the small seaside town of Bogarnes. Tiny, gorgeously set on a little peninsula, and despite its small size with one of the most impressive athletic training facilities we’ve ever seen. Right on the water. The secondary football pitch alone comes with 6 goals and 3 balls to choose from – whoever takes the fancy can give it a go.
